I am a Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in Idaho, California and Oregon. I have a Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.
Received a BA in psychology from Sand Diego State Uni and my MA from Pepperdine Uni.
I have been practicing since 2014 and highly enjoy working with couples. For individuals wanting to integrate mental health and Christianity, I can offer a faith-based perspective.
In addition to utilizing Gottman, I enjoy working with attachment concerns and tools from the Couple's Institute. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, relationships and trauma. I am EMDR certified and also utilize CBT.
