I work with people 18 years or older of diverse backgrounds including heterosexual, pansexual, homosexual, bisexual, queer, questioning, cisgender, transgender, non-binary, and autistic (type 1). I work with couples of diverse dynamics including monogamous, polyamorous, and sexually open.

I specialize in working with people who experience anxiety, depression, borderline, bipolar, and addiction.

I develop a treatment plan together with my clients to clarify your goals and how you'll know that you're progressing toward them. I take a more active approach and I challenge my clients in a supportive way when appropriate. Sessions can vary from having minimal structure when you have a lot to process to highly structured when we're more focused on building skills. I use evidence based interventions that are well proven to help. I often suggest skills to practice and concepts to reflect on between sessions. I also help provide accountability by following up with you on your short term goals and use of skills.

I can meet online with anyone who is located in Colorado at the time of the session.
