About
Adeline is currently a registered Counsellor of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and an Associate Fellow of Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA). Her calm and sensitive personality helps bring comfort and inspiration to her clients from different walks of life. She is also a licensed teacher in Hong Kong who has been offering counselling and guidance to teenagers and families for over 15 years.
She is a certified educator in the Bringing Baby Home programme in Gottman Institute , and a certified facilitator in the Tuning into Kids Programme in the Mindful Centre of the University of Melbourne.
She specializes in using Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT) , Solution-Focused approach, psychodynamic approach and coaching to help individuals. She adopts Gottman's Method Therapy and Bowen's approach to help couples and families facing stress, problematic affairs and adjustments. She is also invited by Wynn Foundation for providing work counselling services in terms of work relationship and stress management.
