Do you care deeply about each other but keep getting caught in the same conflict or disconnection? I help couples, polycules, and families change painful patterns and build greater safety, trust, and connection.

I specialize in online relationship therapy for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, queer, multicultural, interracial, polyamorous, and consensually nonmonogamous (ENM) relationships. Clients often seek help with recurring arguments, emotional distance, attachment injuries, communication difficulties, breaches of trust, intimacy concerns, parenting differences, family conflict, and trauma.

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I integrate Gottman Method Couples Therapy with attachment theory, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and positive psychology. This combination addresses both practical relationship skills and the deeper emotional, cultural, and nervous-system patterns that can make those skills difficult to use.

Together, we clarify the cycle, understand each person’s experience, build on the relationship’s strengths, and practice more effective ways of communicating, managing conflict, repairing harm, and reconnecting.

I am a Taiwanese American licensed psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience working with couples and relationships. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and completed Levels I and II of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training.
