I work with adults and couples experiencing relationship stress, recurring conflict, infidelity, sexual concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, alcohol-related concerns, and men's issues. Some clients come in with a partner. Others come in alone because mood, drinking, trauma, anger, avoidance, or relationship patterns are affecting the life they want. My approach is practical, direct, and collaborative. I bring 19 years of experience across hospital-based care, community mental health, residential programs, and private practice. Therapy should help you understand the pattern, not just talk around it.
