About
I work with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or uncertain about how to move forward together after difficult experiences. Whether you are navigating betrayal, parenting stress, grief, life transitions, or feeling more like roommates than partners, therapy can create space to better understand one another and rebuild a stronger sense of partnership.
My approach is grounded in Gottman Method principles while also integrating systemic, narrative, humanistic, and solution oriented therapy. I believe couples often become trapped in painful cycles and stories about themselves and each other that make connection feel difficult. Together, we work to slow those patterns down, strengthen communication, increase emotional understanding, and create interactions that feel safer and more supportive.
I strive to create a collaborative environment where both partners feel seen, heard, and respected in their unique experiences. Alongside practical tools and research based interventions, I help couples better understand the relational dynamics underneath conflict so they can move toward deeper connection rather than repeated disconnection.
I particularly enjoy supporting couples navigating betrayal and rebuilding trust, parenting and family stress, grief and loss, and the challenges that come with balancing individual needs while maintaining a strong relationship. My goal is to help couples move from feeling stuck and reactive toward feeling more connected, intentional, and aligned as a team.
