Reaching out for couples therapy takes courage, especially when things have felt hard for a while. Maybe you keep circling back to the same argument, or the closeness you used to have has quietly faded, or something happened that shook your trust in each other. Wherever you are, you don't have to sort it out on your own.

I work mostly with couples, and my hope is that both of you feel heard in the room. I'm not there to decide who's right. I'm there to help you see the pattern you've fallen into together and to give you practical ways to shift it, so the conversations at home start to feel different too.

I've completed Gottman Method Levels 1, 2, and 3, and I'm also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy through ICEEFT. We usually begin with a careful look at your relationship, what's going well and what's getting in the way, and go from there at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Couples come to me for ongoing conflict, emotional distance, rebuilding after an affair, differences around intimacy or parenting, and premarital support. I also see individuals, often for anxiety, life changes, and relationship patterns that seem to follow them from one relationship to the next.

I see clients in- person in Toronto and Mississauga and virtually anywhere in Ontario, and I keep a few sliding scale spots open. If you're curious whether we might be a good fit, I'd be glad to hear from you.
