About

I am a couples and individual therapist with a Master’s degree in Family Psychology and advanced training in evidence-based approaches to couples therapy. I am Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 Trained and have completed professional training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy at The Couples Institute with Ellyn Bader, Ph.D.

I work with couples facing recurring conflict and escalation, emotional distance, communication difficulties, loss of trust, healing after infidelity, and challenges with intimacy and sexuality. I help partners understand the patterns they become caught in, regulate difficult conversations, rebuild trust, and develop greater emotional and sexual connection.

A particular focus of my practice is working with international and cross-cultural couples. I am attentive to how differences in culture, language, family traditions, values, and expectations can shape relationship dynamics, and I have experience working with couples from diverse cultural backgrounds around the world.

My approach integrates the Gottman Method with other contemporary approaches to couples and family therapy and is tailored to each couple. I also have professional training in sexuality and sex therapy, which informs my work with sexual intimacy and desire.

I hold a Certificate in Positive Psychology and have completed advanced professional training in Family and Marital Psychotherapy with Prof. Elena Zmanovskaya at the East-European Institute of Psychoanalysis in St. Petersburg.

Alongside my clinical practice, I teach psychology and psychotherapy and contribute to professional training programs for psychologists, including couples therapy, relationships, and sexuality.

I regularly engage in clinical supervision, including supervision with Gottman Certified Therapists, as well as my own personal therapy.

I work online with couples around the world and offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Russian.
