About
I am passionate about helping couples repair, reconnect, and strengthen their relationships. I specialize in working with couples who are feeling stuck in negative cycles, struggling with communication, or seeking to rebuild trust and intimacy. I am Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method and integrate its research-based interventions into my work to help partners deepen friendship, manage conflict more effectively, and create shared meaning in their lives together.
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and have worked with couples at the Couples and Family Therapy Center, Integrated Therapy Services Northwest, and now in my private practice. My approach blends the Gottman Method with Emotionally Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based practices, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where couples can feel safe to explore their challenges and grow together.
My background as a certified yoga and meditation teacher informs my holistic, body-aware perspective, and my 20+ years of experience in leadership and professional development gives me a unique lens into the pressures many couples face in navigating both personal and professional demands.
At the heart of my work is a belief that strong relationships are the foundation of a meaningful life—and that healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I’m here to help couples build connection, trust, and resilience—one conversation at a time.
