About

Are you and your partner going through a difficult season — betrayal, infidelity, constant conflict, disconnection, or even considering separation or divorce? Or do you simply want to strengthen and revitalize your relationship?

I specialize in helping couples and individuals navigate these challenges using evidence-based approaches such as Gottman Method, Attachment Therapy, Discernment Counseling, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

I offer two pathways depending on your needs:

Short-Term/Intensive Therapy – Ideal for couples who want to “hit the reset button,” gain clarity, and quickly learn the core tools for communication, conflict resolution, and rebuilding trust.

Long-Term Therapy – Best for couples facing longstanding, deep-rooted patterns, betrayals, or highly complex relationship dynamics. This work allows time for healing, growth, and deeper transformation.

My approach always begins with a thorough assessment to identify patterns (including the Gottman predictors of divorce, such as the Four Horsemen) and to create a tailored plan for moving forward.

Clients often report significant breakthroughs, stronger emotional connection, and a renewed sense of hope for their future together.

I am licensed in Nevada and Florida and see clients via a secure telehealth platform.
