Virtually all of my time is spent improving the quality of relationships. I was very drawn to doing this type of work and with The Gottman Method I've found a very effective way of helping couples.

If you're having problems in your relationship, you’re not alone. Most couples go through rough patches and nearly all couples have several crises during their lifetimes. We know from research what makes the difference between those couples whose relationships survive and those who flounder. The good news is that these positive, effective habits can be learnt.

I work with couples around the world Online and face-to-face in Nottingham. I deliver couples retreats at my centre in Portugal.

I'm a psychotherapist with 23 years experience. Before that I had a successful corporate career. I hold both a BSc. and MSc. from De Montfort University. I am a Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist, a British Psychological Society accredited Clinical Supervisor and have completed both Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Atone, Attune, Attach - The Gottman Method for recovering from affairs and betrayals. I'm also a Gottman 7 Principles Leader.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists: 118342.
