Virtually all of my time is spent improving the quality of relationships. I was very drawn to doing this type of work and with The Gottman Method I've found a very effective way of helping couples.
If you're having problems in your relationship, you’re not alone. Most couples go through rough patches and nearly all couples have several crises during their lifetimes. We know from research what makes the difference between those couples whose relationships survive and those who flounder. The good news is that these positive, effective habits can be learnt.
Gottman Method Couples Therapy is research-based and provides practical, easy-to-understand interventions, so that you can change your relationship habits and get your communication and connection back on track.
I will listen carefully to what you want to achieve and use my knowledge, experience and compassion to design a clear plan specifically for you. My clients choose me because I provide a genuinely nurturing environment for healing, growth and lasting change. I’m kind, respectful, experienced and qualified.
Most of my work is face-to-face with couples, parents and individuals at dedicated premises in Nottingham. I also work virtually via teleconferencing & webinar and intensively at retreats and therapy weekends in Europe.
I would encourage you to book a free exploratory call so that you can ask me any questions you have and get a feel for how I work.
