About

Healthy relationships require intention, understanding, and the right tools to navigate life's challenges. For more than 10 years, I have worked with couples to strengthen connection, improve communication, rebuild trust, and create more satisfying relationships.
I am a Gottman Method Level 2 trained therapist and integrate research-based interventions to help couples address recurring conflicts, deepen emotional intimacy, and develop healthier patterns of interaction. I have also completed specialized Gottman training in the treatment of trauma and affairs, allowing me to support couples as they heal from betrayal, process painful experiences, and work toward rebuilding their relationship.
I provide both in-office and telehealth couples counseling for clients throughout Texas. Whether you are facing communication difficulties, feeling disconnected, navigating the impact of trauma, recovering from an affair, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and understood.
My goal is to help couples move from conflict and disconnection toward greater trust, understanding, and lasting connection.
