As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Gottman Therapist, and Advanced Trainer and Consultant for The Gottman Institute, I specialize in helping couples strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and create meaningful, lasting change in their relationships. My work is grounded in decades of research by The Gottman Institute and informed by training in Discernment Counseling, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each couple's unique needs.

I am particularly passionate about couples intensives, a focused and transformative approach that provides dedicated time and space to address longstanding challenges, relationship crises, and patterns of disconnection. Intensives allow couples to work deeply and efficiently, helping them gain insight, develop new skills, and build momentum for lasting change. Whether navigating the aftermath of betrayal, chronic conflict or uncertainty about the future of the relationship, couples often find intensive therapy to be a powerful catalyst for growth.

My approach combines clinical expertise with warmth, authenticity, and practical guidance. I help couples understand negative interaction patterns, manage conflict more effectively, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy. I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment where both partners feel respected, understood, and supported while being challenged to engage in meaningful growth and accountability.

Valuing and supporting diversity, I provide an affirming and welcoming environment for couples and individuals of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ clients. My goal is to help every couple feel safe, allowing them to bring their full selves into the therapy.

I am licensed in Georgia, Texas, and Utah and provide Telehealth services to clients in Florida. I am committed to helping couples build stronger, more resilient relationships characterized by greater trust, connection, and fulfillment.
