My approach to couples counseling is practical, evidence-based, and designed to give you the best chance at repairing your relationship. My aim to to give couples the tools and practice they need to change the relationship patterns that brought them to therapy.
Gottman Method Couples Counseling offers couples structure when processing difficult events of the past as well as creating the ability to see how you each may unwittingly contribute to negative cycles with your spouse.
I especially love working with couples who are struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. Grieving as a couple can be challenging when trauma prevents you from turning towards each other for comfort. Even after the most painful loss of your life, you can deepen your connection, strengthen your friendship, and find comfort in your relationship.
