About
My work centers on helping couples build stronger connection and develop practical communication skills, whether they are navigating ongoing conflict, life transitions, the impact of trauma, or simply wanting to grow their relationship. I work with couples seeking repair as well as those wanting to deepen their connection. When appropriate, I incorporate physiological regulation tools to help couples better understand and manage emotional escalation during conflict.
I specialize in working with military couples and also support couples outside of the military community who are seeking to strengthen their relationship. As a military spouse, I bring both professional training and personal familiarity with the unique stressors and transitions military couples navigate.
I provide in-person services in Valdosta, Georgia and telehealth throughout Georgia, Kentucky, and Florida.
