To transform my client’s relationships, I utilize Gottman method research and interventions. I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and an experienced clinician in healing relationship challenges and ruptures, depression, anxiety, parenting, and attachment wounds. Many of my clients are busy professionals, parents with young children, and business owners. We work together to customize changes made in therapy being part of new habits and a healthy lifestyle.

I am located for in-person therapy in Colorado Springs with telehealth options throughout Colorado, Ohio, and New Mexico.
