About

"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces." - Ann Voskamp

This powerful idea is central to my work. I am dedicated to creating a secure, understanding environment where you and your partner can openly share your unique story. As a fellow human on this journey of life with professional expertise, I aim to help you process your experiences and strengthen your bond. I look forward to learning more about you both.

My Approach to Couples Counseling:
I believe you are the experts in your own lives and relationship. You might need support and new skills, but my commitment is always to meet you where you are and champion your goals for your partnership.

Beyond my Master's degree and advanced coursework, I am Level 3 Certified in the Gottman Method Couples Counseling. This renowned, research-based approach provides effective tools for improving relationships. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, enabling me to address a wide range of concerns that may affect your connection.

What to Expect in Our First Session:
We'll start by exploring your goals through a key question: "How will you know you're ready to graduate from therapy?" This helps us define what success looks like for you. The positive changes you seek are rooted in both our collaborative work during sessions and the insights you apply to your everyday lives. My commitment is to foster an environment that supports your aspirations for a healthier, happier relationship.
