I want to hear your story—how you met, what you love about each other, and where things have gotten hard. Maybe you’re having the same argument over and over, recovering from an affair, or missing the closeness you once shared. Whatever brings you in, I want to understand what it’s been like for each of you.

I’m warm and engaged, and there’s often some laughter in our sessions, even as we work through difficult things. I’ll ask hard questions and be direct when needed, but I’ll also give you time to reflect. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to start.

I have completed Level 3 training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. I help couples strengthen friendship, work through conflict, and rebuild trust. We also talk about affection, sex, and intimacy—what you miss, what you want, and what makes it hard to reach for each other. My EFT training also informs how I help you reconnect emotionally.

It’s rewarding to see couples begin to enjoy each other again and feel more understood. I want you to take what we practice in our sessions home with you, so those moments of connection become a bigger part of your everyday life.
