About
I'm particularly passionate about relationships and find that our interpersonal relationships are often deeply tied to our mental health and overall day to day functioning. Being able to hold space for two individuals who are experiencing their own parts is extremely rewarding and impactful for me professionally as it heals couples, families, teams, and corporations secondary. I have taken Levels 1-3, Couples and Addiction, Treating Affairs and Trauma, Military/Law Enforcement Specialized, and have been diving deeper into learning more about Internal Family Systems & Psychedelic assisted therapies and love incorporating it within my couples work.
