About
I'm particularly passionate about relationships and find that our interpersonal relationships are often deeply tied to our individual mental health and overall day to day functioning. Being able to hold space for two individuals who are experiencing their own parts is extremely rewarding and impactful for me professionally as it heals couples, families, teams, and corporations, fully when addressed. I have been trained in Levels 1-3, Couples and Addiction, Treating Affairs and Trauma, Military/Law Enforcement Specialized, Psilocybin assisted related therapies, and have incorporated Internal Family Systems from an attachment lens to help couples feel seen, heard, and considered again.
