I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, and sexual wellbeing. My work focuses on helping clients improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and create more fulfilling relationships.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I provide a supportive space where clients can openly discuss difficult topics without fear of judgment. I help couples better understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have pursued advanced training in couples and sex therapy to provide support beyond general talk therapy. My background includes Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Couples Therapy, certification through the Sexual Health Alliance, and ongoing certification work with AASECT. This training allows me to address both the emotional and physical aspects of relationships, including topics many people struggle to discuss elsewhere.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a safe space where they can speak openly about concerns they have never shared before. I believe relationships are one of the most meaningful and challenging parts of life, and therapy can help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and what they want moving forward.

Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Air Force and later worked in public relations. These experiences shaped how I understand communication, stress, and the complexity of human relationships. They also deepened my understanding of how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood.
