In a warm and nonjudgmental environment, we will explore areas of your relationship and learn skills to help your intimacy grow.
Anger, defensiveness, and distancing are often in-effective strategies we use to protect ourselves in the hopes of eventually getting the love we want. They don’t work! Together we will learn Gottman evidence-based strategies for effective communication, conflict management and eventually feeling secure and loved.
My office is in Beverly, but I am offering video telehealth sessions using Doxy.me.
