About

I received my Master of Counselling Psychology (MCP) from Adler University in Vancouver, BC and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a trained individual, couples, and family psychotherapist with experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my practice. I use trauma-informed, eclectic approach and I have training and experience with many different therapeutic modalities.

I offer psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing difficult life transitions, emotional challenges, mental health issues, and relationship concerns. I have a strong background working with families affected by behavioural and substance addictions as I strive to help family members engage in their own healing and recovery. I have worked closely with youth and adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, traumatic experiences, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create an atmosphere for growth and internal wisdom in a non-judgmental, open therapy environment. I work collaboratively and transparently with clients to determine their specific priorities and needs and I customize treatment to align with their goals.
