I am Lvl 3 Gottman trained. I am also working toward my AASECT certification for sex therapy. I have been practicing couples work for 7 years now and I have a passion for working with couples and individuals with relationship and intimacy issues.
I have been married myself for over 17 years and we have 4 children together. They are currently ages 16, 14, 10, and 7. We are a "crazy" homeschool family and I have also worked with many families who are trying to reach better balance within their family system. I have always been drawn to the Gottman method because my background is in the sciences and I didn't want to work with a method that was just someone's opinion. I love how much research and observation of actual couples has gone into this work. I still love to be able to fit it to your unique relationship and needs as a couple. I feel like The Gottman method gives a wonderful structure and framework around our creativity and specificities that make your relationship uniquely yours.
