In our work together, I combine structured assessment and skill-building with deeper exploration of attachment patterns and nervous system responses. Many couples I see are successful in their careers yet struggling behind closed doors- caught in recurring conflict cycles, distance, or unresolved pain.

I provide a balanced space that is both compassionate and direct. We focus on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthening friendship and emotional connection, and building skills you can use immediately. I also offer couples intensives for those wanting focused, accelerated support.
