I have completed levels 1, 2 and 3 of advanced training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy which is the most comprehensive, evidence-based, and effective therapy available for relationship improvement today. I have worked in mental health for over 7 years and gained my experience working with a diverse array of individuals.
