Her work focuses on addressing the issues that matter most—whether it’s communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, intimacy struggles, or trust concerns—always with empathy and a clear path forward.

Anita is dually licensed in Maryland and Georgia and brings several years of experience supporting families through a wide range of mental health roles. She is a Board-Approved Supervisor in Maryland and has completed extensive training in couples counseling, including Gottman Method Level 3. Anita’s commitment to ongoing learning reflects her dedication to helping couples and families strengthen their relationships and build healthier connections.
