I provide virtual couples therapy for partners in Pennsylvania and California, with in-person offices in San Diego (Del Mar and Encinitas).
My work integrates the Gottman Method with trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy to help couples rebuild emotional safety and restore meaningful connection. While we strengthen communication and conflict navigation skills, our deeper focus is on increasing your capacity to stay regulated, understand underlying attachment needs, and repair after rupture — even when patterns feel long-standing or entrenched.
