About
I am deeply passionate about helping couples at all phases and stages of their relationship and life. Whether it's strengthening their relationships, navigating complex challenges, or creating lasting, meaningful connections. I specialize in working with couples who are ready to enhance their communication, have deeper and more meaningful conversations, address deep-seated challenges, and navigate life’s complexities together. I also appreciate working with pre-marital couples, couples dealing with infertility, and parent coaching. Whether you’re facing recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or major transitions, I provide a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing.
I am Level 2 Gottman-trained and incorporate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Many of the couples I work with have experienced infidelity, betrayal, or other traumatic events that have tested their bond. I help partners process these challenges, rebuild trust, and reconnect in a way that fosters intimacy and resilience.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique relationship dynamics. Together, we will work toward deeper emotional connection, healthier conflict resolution, and a more fulfilling partnership. If you’re ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth, I’m here to support you on your journey. I have virtual and in-person availability.
Additionally, I EMDR trained and utilize a trauma-informed approach. I work with individual clients with a variety of presentations, including posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, behavioral issues, social and relational difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and other mood disorders. I also enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals.
