You know you and your partner can be great together, but right now you just can't seem to get on the same page. Your communication (or lack thereof) leaves you confused, frustrated and ultimately disconnected. Feelings of loneliness and missing your best friend have replaced the playfulness, adventure and closeness that you used to experience.

It sucks to feel stuck in a holding pattern. Using the evidenced-based Gottman Method techniques, I will guide you through practicing the communication techniques that will help you be heard/understood, reconnect and explore future goals together again. You will receive pdfs, assessments and other tools to help you bring the work home and make sense of the patterns you find yourself in. You don't have to be stuck!

Fees: $155 individual therapy, $180 couples therapy. I accept HSA and FSA funds. I am not in-network with insurance. I can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance benefits
