How can you be in a relationship, and yet feel lonely, frustrated, sad and even angry? What happened to finding your “life partner” and living happily ever after? How are we disagreeing about big topics that we both used to agree on? What will it be like to be married? Do we combine finances once we are married? You are right, it should not feel this way. Whatever your story, I am here to create a safe, respectful space for you and your partner to work through these tough issues. I have access to interventions that will help strengthen your relationship, teach ways to manage conflict, and tools to remind you of why you all chose each other in the first place. Productive communication is the key to a better relationship and a more successful connection with your partner.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for ten years and hold a master’s degree in counseling from Regis University. I offer counseling to individuals, pre-marital couples, and couples. I have a private practice in Denver, Colorado and see clients in-person and via telehealth. I also work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, body image issues, and life transitions.
