I am based in Asheville, North Carolina. I see couples online or in person. I am also a licensed psychologist in Illinois and can provide virtual therapy in PSYPACT participating states.
I help couples strengthen their friendship, address areas of conflict by equipping them with effective communication skills, and heighten feelings of empathy, respect, and understanding towards each other.
Additionally, I am trained to guide couples impacted by affairs and trauma while they rebuild trust and commitment. I also support couple recovery through increasing communication and understanding, establishing boundaries, and healing from the impact of addiction and recovery.
