About

Relationships are meant to be our safe haven, home and form of connection to our best friend. When there is doubt, hurt, pain and betrayal, our trust, even in ourselves, can begin to diminish.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas with a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a clinical concentration from New York University in New York, NY.

I am fluent in Spanish and I provide couples therapy using the Gottman Method.
I have a background in working with under served populations, people who have experienced trauma from physical, sexual and emotional child abuse as well as human labor and sex trafficking and people who have experienced losses and suffer from grief and bereavement.

I am currently working for a group practice that specializes in Neuropsychology in San Antonio, TX where I offer couples counseling and individual therapy to those having difficulty with adjustments to changes in their lives, anxiety, depression and trauma. I am also EMDR trained and provide this service to individuals suffering from post-trauma forms of anxiety and depression as well as couples when needed.
