I began my work in the field of drug and alcohol recovery. The second part of my career has been primarily working with couples on their relationships, individuals for behavioral health issues such as head trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar, gambling addictions, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Western Michigan University, and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and have completed Levels 1&2 training for the Gottman Method Couples therapy.
