About
Most of the couples I see care about each other and keep missing each other. Something went quiet, or got careful, or started running on a loop neither of you chose. We slow it down far enough that you can both see the shape of it, then work on what changes it: repair that lands, closeness that holds, and the parts of the friendship that went missing somewhere along the way.
I'm trained through Level 3 of the Gottman Method, and also in PACT and EFT. That means I can bring attachment and nervous system work alongside the Gottman structure rather than running the same protocol for every couple.
The other half of my practice is less usual for this directory. I bring this research to people who aren't married yet. Most of what we know about what makes relationships work only reaches couples once things are already hard. I work with people in their twenties and thirties on the patterns that keep showing up in their dating lives, so that some of this gets sorted out before a marriage rather than after one.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Sessions are online in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Virginia. The first call is free.
