I provide Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Relational Life Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (values oriented couples therapy) and brief Discernment Counseling.
Especially interested in working with couples needing/wanting premarital therapy and working individually with those needing support in regards to relational difficulties.
If interested in couples therapy, an initial consultation is required with both significant others/spouses present.
