About

Licensed in both Arkansas and Idaho, I provide Therapy Intensives and Outpatient Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked as a therapist in a 90-Day Residential Treatment Center, Community Mental Health, and in Private Practice. I have led therapy intensives, group therapy, taught courses on the university level, and managed a therapeutic high and low ropes course.
I am trained or certified in the following: Certified Grief Counselor, Gottman Level 2, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Brainspotting II, EMDR II, Certified Sexual Addiction (CSAT) and Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT) through IITAP, Certified Trauma Therapist through Spirit2Spirit, & Experiential Team Building Facilitator through Project Adventure.
When working with clients I typically use models such as Internal Family Systems, Gottman Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindful Self Compassion, and EMDR. My approach is tailored to each client and informed by these models and my certifications. I am a non-pathologizing, client centered, and attachment focused therapist.
