About
I provide individual and couples therapy for relational distress, affair recovery, lack of emotional or sexual intimacy, trauma and PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, and distress related to chronic medical conditions. What makes my approach unique is my training in Mentalization‑Based Therapy (MBT) from the Anna Freud Centre. MBT is a evidence‑based treatment for adult attachment issues and, when integrated with the Gottman Method (Level 3 trained), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, allows me to work from a transdiagnostic lens—focusing on the underlying patterns that drive distress across diagnoses.
I help clients develop skills to better understand their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as those of others. Clients learn to pause, reflect, regulate intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and respond more thoughtfully in relationships, especially during moments of conflict, stress, or disconnection.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build new ways of relating.
