About

***ACCEPTING NEW COUPLES IN CONNECTICUT & VERMONT (TELEHEALTH)*** Relationships are the key to our health, happiness, and wellbeing. When our love lives are going well, we feel free—safe to express ourselves, explore new domains, and transcend into the fullest expression of who we are. But when things are not going well… everything else falls apart.

Wellstone Center for Love and Relationships is committed to helping you build a strong, connected, and dynamic love life, where you feel seen, empowered, and held. We use revolutionary, evidence-based techniques, including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help you understand your relationship, work through challenges, and get the love you deserve.

Brittney P. Stanley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in couple and marital therapy. Brittney offers comprehensive, evidence-based support to couples who want to improve their lives and relationships. Brittney's approachable, collaborative style fosters thought, reflection, and growth, and allows romantic partners to explore their concerns, reflect on their desires, cultivate closeness and connection, and make lasting positive changes.

Brittney holds a B.S in Psychology, M.A. in Counseling Psychology, Executive M.A. in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, and is pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in adult attachment and bonding. Brittney is licensed in CT and Vermont.
