About
I offer couples therapy in a calm, collaborative, and approachable way, with a strong focus on helping both partners feel heard and understood. I am friendly, down to earth, and engaged in the room, and where appropriate I use humour, metaphor, and symbolism to help couples better understand their patterns and the deeper meaning beneath conflict.
I work with couples facing communication problems, disconnection, resentment, trust difficulties, and recurring conflict. I also have a particular interest in supporting men to engage more openly in relationship work, as many men are not encouraged to reach out for help or talk openly about relationship struggles.
As a male couples therapist, I bring a perspective that is still relatively uncommon in this field, alongside broad life and work experience and a genuine curiosity about people. My aim is to create a space that feels practical, respectful, and human, while helping couples move towards greater understanding, connection, and change.
