Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they heal, grow, and shape lives that feel more whole. With training in EMDR, I help clients gently process trauma and rediscover a sense of calm and clarity. As a Gottman Level 2 therapist, I support couples in deepening their connection and moving through challenges with tenderness and trust.

My background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, paired with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, allows me to weave together evidence-based strategies with care that’s thoughtfully tailored to each person.
