When couples first sit across from me, they've often tried everything — the books, the date nights, sometimes years of therapy. What makes my approach different is what I look for beneath the surface. As a Certified Gottman Therapist and EMDR Specialist with advanced training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and medical family therapy, I work at the intersection of relationship dynamics and individual trauma — simultaneously. Most couples therapy doesn't do both. Mine does.

The couples who find their way to me are often navigating something genuinely complex: the aftermath of betrayal, intimacy that's quietly disappeared, or individual trauma showing up in their most important relationship.
