About

I am a licensed social worker in private practice in Eagle County, CO. My approach comes from a strengths-based perspective which aligns nicely with the Gottman Method. I offer a non-judgemental space in which to explore and deepen your partnership. I find goals to help direct our therapeutic time. I also firmly believe in nature's power to help with growth and healing; from building trust by rock climbing together or simply connecting for a few minutes on a walk around the block.

I am a married mother of three sons, so I understand firsthand the joy and stress children can add to a relationship. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with my dogs. I use hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and tennis to help me feel grounded and connect with my community.
