I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families seeking healing and transformation in their individual lives and their relationships. My approach to therapy is person-centered. I believe in taking a warm and intentional approach to working with couples. In utilizing the Gottman Method for the past several years, I have found that my interventions with couples are more targeted and effective, often providing immediate positive shifts. I am LGBTQ-competent and affirming and appreciate working with all couples from all backgrounds. I also enjoy working with couples with children. As a parent myself, I am very familiar with the stress and challenge of maintaining "desire" in a relationship when children require more of a "teamwork" approach. I enjoy supporting couples in managing the chaos of co-parenting. Additionally, I am very comfortable addressing infidelity, trauma, and sexual issues within relationships.
