About

Hi, I’m Carrington and I am an associate marriage and family therapist. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family therapy from Mercer University’s School of Medicine.

Graduating from Lynchburg College with a degree in European History allowed me to follow my sincere love of the human story and would be privileged to learn yours. I’ll work passionately with your strengths and values to find insight and help you achieve your therapy goals.

I like working with my clients in finding solutions, especially with Gottman Couples Therapy and through the philosophies of accepting our thoughts and feelings, choosing what matters to us and taking action to move towards those things together. Although I’m based out of Savannah and Macon, I work virtually and see clients from all over Georgia.

In addition to being a mother to an energetic little boy, my personal interests include cooking, reformer Pilates, watching films, and walking my dog, Banana. I strive to always find pleasure in the little things!
