About

I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples navigating recurring conflict, disconnection, communication difficulties, trust concerns, and the impact of neurodivergence on relationships. I have a particular interest in mixed-neurotype couples, including relationships where one or both partners identify with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or other forms of neurodivergence.

My style is warm, active, and practical. I don’t believe couples need another place to simply repeat the same argument. Therapy should help you slow down the patterns that keep taking over, understand what is happening underneath them, and practice new ways of responding to one another.

I integrate Gottman Method Couples Therapy with Relational Life Therapy, attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems, and nervous-system-informed work. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on reducing escalation, improving communication, strengthening friendship and emotional connection, rebuilding trust, increasing accountability, navigating differences in needs or processing styles, and creating more effective ways to repair after conflict.

I also bring a neuro-affirming lens to couples work. Rather than assuming that one partner needs to communicate, regulate, or connect in a more “typical” way, I help couples understand how differences in attention, sensory needs, emotional processing, executive functioning, communication, and social expectations may be shaping the relationship. The goal is not to eliminate difference, but to build a relationship that works more effectively for both partners.

I also help parents of neurodivergent kids and teens understand themselves and their child, reduce conflict, and reconnect.
