As a Management Consultant, she has worked in both the Public & Private sector for many years including the Crown Solicitors Office, BT Financial Services, Westmead Hospital, AMP, Department of Premier & Cabinet, HCF & Telstra.
These roles included: psychological testing, recruitment systems, conflict resolution, interview panels, mediation and working with executive teams!
Catherine has been an educator, trainer and group facilitator at Macleay College and The Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has designed and delivered numerous workshops in the private and public sector on topics such as Motivation, Teamplay/Teamwork, Leadership.
