As a Certified Gottman Therapist, she is very skilled at working with complex dynamics and emotions in the room and has the capacity to remain impartial and empathic. She is committed to creating a safe space for individuals to explore, discover and resolve their challenges.
As a Management Consultant, she has worked in both the Public & Private sector for many years including the Crown Solicitors Office, BT Financial Services, Westmead Hospital, AMP, Department of Premier & Cabinet, HCF & Telstra.
These roles included: psychological testing, recruitment systems, conflict resolution, interview panels, mediation and working with executive teams!
Catherine has been an educator, trainer and group facilitator at Macleay College and The Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has designed and delivered numerous workshops in the private and public sector on topics such as Motivation, Teamplay/Teamwork, Leadership. Negotiation skills – A Collaborative Enterprise, Personal Power, Interpersonal & Intrapersonal Victories!!
Catherine is a Certified Brain-based Resilience Coach. She has a passion for working with elite athletes and teams in maximizing peak performance. She facilitates how to utilize one’s physiology and psychology to get sustainable success.
