Catherine is a clinical social worker and her relationship counselling is informed by over 35 years clinical experience in relationship counselling, sexual counselling, and mental health. She is interested in recognising your strengths and providing a safe environment to discuss sensitive issues, resolve past hurts and facilitate understanding and compromise. Catherine conducts a thorough relationship assessment using the Gottman Relationship Checkup, establishes treatment goals with you, and teaches Gottman Relationship skills to help you rebuild your friendship and intimacy.
