I work with couples who want support navigating conflict, improving communication, and rebuilding emotional connection. In sessions, I help partners understand the underlying emotions and needs driving conflict, while building skills for repair and reconnection.

I support couples in developing greater awareness of their communication patterns, increasing emotional attunement, and practicing tools that foster trust, respect, and friendship.

Along with Gottman interventions, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to help each partner understand their internal experience and stay regulated during difficult conversations.

My style is collaborative, warm, and direct. I strive to create a space that feels safe and supportive, while also helping couples have honest conversations that lead to meaningful change.
