I am covered by most insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider. I require payment at the time of each session and I provide you a receipt that lists my license, your diagnosis, the procedure code, and usually anything else you will need for reimbursement. You will be required to mail this receipt to your insurance company, often accompanied by a claim form from your particular carrier. I am willing to do monthly billing if that is helpful to you but all payments must be made by the 7th day of the following month.

About
I am a very happy mother of four adult children and an ecstatic grandmother of two beautiful boys! I trained at the Adler University where there is a major emphasis on quality parenting and on teaching clients to realize the benefits of contributing to and belonging to one's community. I utizilize emotional intelligence testing, technology-based stress management, First Line Therapy for optimal functioning in areas of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, Gottman therapy techniques for creating quality in couples relationships, and EMDR for trauma and performance enhancement. I am profoundly curious about human beings and blessed to have a tireless drive to learn how I might motivate my clients to function at their highest level in order to make their dreams come true.
Special populations
A major emphasis of my practice is men and the unique challenges that men face in a society that expects them to be brave, successful, handsome, wealthy, romantic. I have a monumental respect for the responsibilities that women are expected to balance while being smart, beautiful, kind, employed, nurturing, thin, gentle. And I am profoundly passionate about working with couples to help men and women value the unique contributions of each and about helping them learn to find fulfillment in helping a partner be all he/she was meant to be.
